Enhancing The Consumer Value
Message from Co-Chairs of ECR SingaporeIt is a great honour to invite you to participate in the 10th ECR Asia Pacific Conference which will take place in Singapore from 22 to 24 October 2007.
Each year ECR Asia Pacific Council organizes the annual ECR Asia Pacific Conference and Exhibition. This is Asia's largest gathering of elite ECR practitioners. For 2007, ECR Singapore is delighted to be the host of this important event for the second time.
The ECR movement in Asia has gained tremendous momentum over the past years as suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, distributors and service providers seek to increase collaboration across the entire supply chain. Improving product availability and choice to consumers at lower prices has always been high on the industry's agenda. The focus of the 10th ECR Asia Conference will highlight the sharing of best practice experiences from around the region and it is a platform to learn the latest strategies and insights from the ECR practitioners at an increasingly faster pace.
The theme of this year's 10th ECR Asia-Pacific Conference is "Enhancing Consumer Value". This can be achieved through processes such as demand and supply management and enabling technologies.
To recognize the excellent and commendable achievements made in Asia Pacific countries and to stimulate sharing of learnings in the ECR movement of this region, the top 6 best practices of ECR in Asia Pacific will be awarded by the ECR Asia-Pacific Council.
